Add columns to CSV file to include Diagnosis code and Authorization number

Is it possible to also add the diagnosis from the service to the CSV file? Sometimes I see claim denials when the diagnosis code is a Z diagnosis code. If the diagnosis could be added to the CSV this would allow me to audit for any Z diagnosis codes so that the service can be corrected before the insurance payer denies the claim for an invalid diagnosis.

Our clients who receive TCM monthly billable T2023 and Comp Comm Support (H2015) services now require authorizations. When I run the batch in Unprocessed Services, I download the CSV file to review the services for any errors. However, the authorization number is not on the CSV file. Will you please add the authorization number to this file so that I can audit the TCM and CSA services for authorization numbers?
