Recurring Capabilities

• Recurring capabilities are similar to the scheduling capabilities when scheduling clients. For example, this will help those with alternating schedules every other week, without having to manage each week individually in the master schedule.

Increase Max Schedule Date

• The ability to have a master schedule go beyond 365 days, maybe a cap of 2 years would be more ideal, especially for providers that have no change in their schedule. This would help reduce the frequency of schedules need to be updated and allows for more time to be available when searching by next available. This would be helpful in situations when patients are being scheduled out further than the master schedule. For example, if you have a client in your office for a visit 07/15/25 and they are to be seen in 6 months but the providers master schedule is only set to the end of the year, January will not pull with the next available search tool requiring staff to maintain master schedules every 6 months.

Copying Schedules

• For database resources, it is understandable not to have more information than what is necessary; however, since there would need to be a cap on how much data can be entered, it would be nice to have functionality to copy the staff schedules built into the application.
