Sort by column headers

Would it be possible to enable sorting by column header to put each column in order by first to last. or, all similar items together in order? Like all procedure codes would be sorted alphabetically either from A to Z or Z to A with the click of a column header. Client names would be sorted from A to Z or Z to A with the click of a column header. This would be great for all applicable screens and columns within Echo Vantage.
