More personalization options for scheduler

The scheduler is less than useful - it needs more colors and needs a way to lock in preferences like full screen.

Add the ability for clients to respond to SMS Messages

We would like the client to confirm or request contact regarding an upcoming appointment.

Update set appointments to recurring

After the appt is set, allow the option for it to be changed to reoccurring if that was not done initially instead of having to redo appt all together.
