Currently when adding clients to the Individual Client Exclusion list, the Emergency Access feature does not activate. Thus, in an emergency situation, staff cannot "break the glass" and access those clients. That feature only activates when using the Client Filter based off of Enrollment Staff/Location/Program or Episode Staff.
We use the Individual Client Exclusions for when staff's family members or family friends are also clients. But there are still times when that staff needs to access the client chart in one form or another.
